Through my work with the KGH Foundation, I was tasked with the creation of a 50/50 lottery to increase revenue diversification. I managed the project from start to finish, including the branding and graphic design, landing page, check out page, ad budget allocation, email schedule & strategy, optimization, and analysis. The inaugural Heart of BC 50/50 ran from January to March of 2025, generating over $361,000 in ticket sales. The second iteration took place over the summer, from June to August, and saw an 82% increase in growth – resulting in over $658,000 in sales.
This lottery has become the Okanagan’s largest 50/50, is now growing in communities across British Columbia, and has become a vital revenue source for the KGH Foundation.
