Toyota Canada uses Digital Scorecards to rank its dealerships on a competitive set of digital success metrics across SEO, Website UX, Reputation Manager, and Social Media management. Categories included things such as ensuring your dealership was showing up for model-specific paid search terms, maintaining consistency and accuracy in local listings (Google My Business, Yelp, etc.), and website load times. 

Two of the Toyota dealerships I was working for simultaneously at CanadaOne Auto Group achieved the first and second scoring positions nationally against 287 Toyota dealers, in two consecutive quarters.

Achieving this required attention to detail, thoroughness, and a robust suite of digital marketing activities. This of course, also contributed to consistently surpassing lead targets, maintaining brand consistency, and overall success for the dealership.
